2026-27 Data Confirmation and Patriot Preview

Dear Families, 
We hope you are having a wonderful Summer Break! The fall semester is around the corner, and we want to provide you with important information and dates.


July 15 - Data Confirmation Window Opens - REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS

  • ALL parents MUST complete the Data Confirmation process in AERIES to secure their student's seat at Birmingham. This process allows parents to verify address, update contact information, complete the meal application, and acknowledge and agree to all Board/School policies and procedures.
  • Students will NOT be allowed to participate in Patriot Preview if parents don’t complete Data Confirmation in AERIES. This means that students will NOT be assigned lockers, issued Fall Schedules, or allowed to take their ID pictures.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Aeries portal

Overview of Dates:

  • Monday, July 27 & Tuesday, July 28 - 9th Grade Orientation

  • Wednesday, July 29 - 10th Grade Patriot Preview

  • Thursday, July 30 - 11th Grade Patriot Preview

  • Friday, July 31 - 12th Grade Patriot Preview

  • Monday, August 3 & Tuesday, August 4 - Make-Up for ALL Grades (including 9th) 


Please adhere to your assigned date (by grade) as we have many students to get through Patriot Preview. 

  • During Patriot Preview, students receive their Fall Schedules, take their ID picture, receive a Chromebook (if a new student), receive P.E. clothes (if applicable), and are assigned lockers. 
  • Operating Hours: 8:30 am-3:30 pm. Closed from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM for lunch.
  • No appointment required.
